Diese Diskografie ist eine Übersicht über die musikalischen Werke der britischen Rockband Queen. Den Quellenangaben zufolge haben sie in ihrer Karriere mehr als 201,1 Millionen Tonträger verkauft, wovon sie alleine in Deutschland bis heute über 12,7 Millionen Tonträger verkauften und somit zu den Interpreten mit den meisten verkauften Tonträgern in Deutschland zählen. Die erfolgreichste Veröffentlichung von Queen ist die erste Kompilation Greatest Hits mit rund 31 Millionen verkauften Einheiten, wovon allein in Deutschland über 1,75 Millionen Exemplare verkauft wurden und es somit eines der meistverkauften Musikalben in Deutschland seit 1975 ist. Der erfolgreichste Tonträger in Deutschland ist die zweite Kompilation Greatest Hits II mit über 2,25 Millionen verkauften Exemplaren. Zusammen mit Made in Heaven (1,5 Millionen verkaufte Einheiten) erreichten insgesamt drei Tonträger den Status eines Millionensellers in Deutschland.
